The Garden Center: you get eaten alive 10 seconds in the garden center, and something starts biting me…this is a norm btw. When trying to walk down the lawn seed isle, the biting is so bad I have to leave the store. It doesn’t feel like mosquitos. It feels like mites or something. The pain is deep. As I sit in my car writing this review, the pain is still severe. This must be a reflection of all the reported managerial Neglect suggested in other reviews. This suffering is so severe, I will never go back to this garden center. Perhaps, I’ll just stop going to any Lowe’s. Sick of this kind of garbage.

Wow what a horrible store when even the store manager raven, and delivery manager Lorie, hide from failed customer service and called the police officer (very nice Mr Harrison) on a me the customer who spent $2500 on appliances that they failed to deliver four times. We ended having to pick up ourselves at our expenses. after loosing three days work for each missed time. They use a company called spirit appliance delivery each are blaming each other. FREE DELIVERY WILL COST YOU... BIG TIME! Shop else where save the hassle. After being held at the customer counter with officer Harrison while they went to get the refrigerator and stove the xam back and said they did not have the stove!! No wonder they were stalling. Now asking for a full refund and planning to go to their big orange competition where I am sure we will be treated right.

I called the garden center and inquired about edible mushroom grow kits (mycodome) and vermiculite, as I am aspiring to become a cultivator of table mushrooms like shiitake, lions main, morel and portibello. The employees were very rude over the phone and hung up on me twice. One man even acted like I asked something illigal or explicit. I didn't get the info I needed so I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Great service people ready to help me plus they loaded everything into the car for me help me a lot then being there to help me I've had two shoulder surgeries in the lower back they didn't hesitate loaded it right up :-) give him a shot great place to shop good quality service.
